Today the Supreme Court upheld the ban on partial birth abortion that congress had passed and President Bush signed into law. There is still a long way to go in the battle to save the lives of unborn children, but this is definitely a step in the right direction.
The decision was 5-4, which points to the need on the Supreme Court for another justice or two in the mold of Scalia, Thomas, and Roberts.
This also repudiates those who would say that President Bush has done nothing about abortion.

Here’s a quote: “While snow piles up outside our windows, we may be hard-pressed to believe climate change is occurring, global temperatures are rising and the planet is on a crash course of serious change if greenhouse gas emissions are not reduced. ”
Actually, they should follow the lead of some activists and blame a cold April (or any weather abnormality) on Global Warming.
